Getting Started

When was the last time you talked with someone about your health and received the personal attention you deserve? It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their health and lifestyle goals with a trained professional.

Could one conversation change your life?

We will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. Once you are ready to get started, you will need to send me a health history form that I will send you.

Scheduling: Once I receive the health history, we will set up an appointment that works for both our schedules. At the end of our session, I will let you know if I can help with your health goals. I will present what options I offer that would best suit your needs.

Availability: I’m available between the hours of 9am and 6PM (Mountain time). I will do phone sessions on the weekend when available. (Not always the case) I currently have availability in my schedule for additional clients.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy: When canceling an appointment please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or miss an appointment you will be responsible to pay for the appointment in full.

No refunds for Coaching programs after the first 2 weeks. If a cancellation is requested you will receive a minimum of 50% of fee depending on the circumstances.
